01 / Our story
It started
with badminton.
Founded in 2017, The Badminton Shop began with a clear aim: to make it easier for players to find the equipment and advice they need in one place. From rackets and shuttlecocks to footwear, kit bags, strings and grips, we put the player at the centre of every purchase.
Our retail family brings together The Badminton Shop, Li-Ning Superstore and The Sports Shop. In 2019, the launch of Li-Ning Superstore introduced an in-store badminton court, giving players the opportunity to experience equipment on court before choosing it.
Today, our stores in Bengaluru and Mangaluru, together with our online shop, bring that personal approach to more players. Whether you are choosing your first racket or refining your match-day setup, we want to help you make a choice that suits your game.
Experience the game.
Our Li-Ning retail concept brings product discovery closer to the court. Contact the store team about on-court trials and the equipment available to try.
More ways to play.
Our wider sports retail concept serves players beyond badminton, with equipment and essentials for activities such as cricket, swimming, table tennis and fitness. Ranges vary by location.
